Your ticket is a revocable license and can be taken with admission refused. All patrons will voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with each and every attraction and agree to release the operator(s), affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction. This is an outdoor attraction that is held in the dark! APPROPRIATE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. Proper footwear is also required – no high heels or flip-flops allowed! You will experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, and encounter uneven walking surfaces in a physically demanding environment. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are: pregnant; suffer from claustrophobia; are prone to seizures; or have heart, back, or respiratory problems.

In the event of a weather-related emergency, such as sudden severe storms, heavy rains, high winds, and other severe weather conditions, The Horrorland will close temporarily until the danger of inclement weather has passed. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, these attractions will re-open if possible.

9. As Guest and Employee safety is our number one priority, certain weather circumstances may cause The Horrorland to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed, the website and Facebook will be updated with the current operating status. The Horrorland does not issue rain checks or refunds.

10. All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. The program is subject to change at any time. If cancellation is without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event. Events are rain or shine,21 and over to drink, and the purchaser agrees to allow unlimited use of any audio or visual content with their image or voice broadcasted or recorded at or around the event venue prior to, during, and after the event. And agree to sign a waiver to acces the event.

The Horrorland Scream Park reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.

The attractions of Horrorland Scream Park are intense theatrical experiences. You will experience loud noises, bright lights, dark spaces, strobe lights, animatronics, and fog machines as well as damp or wet conditions and a physically demanding environment.

You should NOT enter if you are pregnant, have problems with claustrophobia, have heart, back or neck conditions, are prone to seizures, have casts, have respiratory problems or any other physical or mental limitation that will impair your ability to experience these attractions.

Visitors to Horrorland Scream Park understand that there is an inherent risk in entering the haunted attractions. In consideration and acceptance of admission to Horrorland Scream Park visitors agree to release the operator, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and land owner from any liability for harm, injury, death or expense that may arise directly or indirectly from visiting Horrorland Scream Park.

Do not enter the attractions if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attractions if you are taking any type of medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are notified to our staff.

Horrorland Scream Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Do not take your phone out of your pocket. Leave all valuables at home.

By entering, you voluntarily assume the risk of personal injury or death.

The ticket entitles one ( 1 ) Guest admission to ( 1 ) 2022. The Horrorland vent night is valid for the selected date only. The Horrorland event Begins at 7:00 pm. The first stop is The vampire Circus show @ 7:30 PM. Park door closes at 10 PM Attractions close @ 10:30 PM.

Terms and Conditions for The Horrorland Scream Park’s SMS Giveaway Contest as of Aug 16, 2024.

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
   • Reside in the USA
   • Are 18] years of age or older
   • Are not employees of The Horrorland Scream Park or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.

1. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the SMS popup campaign on our website. Entry requirements include signing up for email and SMS, and retaining the subscription at least through October 27th 2024. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
2. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on August 16th 2024 and ends on October 27th 2024 at 12am PST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
3. Prize: The winner will receive 8 Fast Pass Admission Tickets to The Horrorland Scream Park, valid any day through October 31st 2024. As defined in the terms, the prize is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. The Horrorland Scream Park reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by SMS within 1 day after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, another winner will be selected.
5. Liability: The Horrorland Scream Park is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest.
